What you'll do

- Manage the full lifecycle of field trials from design to implementation.
- Partner with M&E teams to analyze data and provide 'Go/No-Go' recommendations.
- Coach and develop direct reports to ensure rigorous, field-level results.

- Proven experience designing and executing field trials or pilot programs.
