The role
The ICT Officer will be based in Yola, Adamawa State, providing onsite and remote ICT support to the Yola office, Yobe field locations and programme teams across Plan International Nigeria.
What you'll do
- Administer, monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and other network infrastructure
- Support Microsoft 365 services and user onboarding
- Provide technical support for end-user devices and systems
- Support cybersecurity and data protection
- Work with programme teams to understand ICT requirements
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and service requests
What it takes
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in ICT, IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration or user support
- Practical experience managing and supporting Cisco Meraki network infrastructure
- Good knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard
- Experience supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewalls
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD and Active Directory
