The intern will work on ICT operations, project management, automation, and troubleshooting while gaining exposure to UN campus network infrastructure. What you'll do
- Job shadow in various units including ICT operations and Project Management
- Assist the ICT team in analyzing workflow requirements and automating tasks using Power Automate
- Support end-users in troubleshooting application, device, and network issues
- Create comprehensive user documentation and guides
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
What it takes
- Enrolled in or completed a graduate school program in Computer Science or IT
- Enrolled in or completed the final year of a first university degree in CS/IT
- Knowledge of drone operation, maintenance, and safety protocols (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Productivity suite (desired)
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate (desired)
- Fluency in English (required)
