The Information Systems Officer position at UNRWA in FO Syria involves implementing, administering, and supporting IT systems such as messaging and collaboration platforms, content management systems, and IT service management systems. What you'll do
- Implementing and administering infrastructure networking services
- Performing tasks to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Developing tools and templates using Microsoft Office 365 or similar systems
What it takes
- A university degree in information technology, information management, computer science, or a related discipline
- MCSA and/or MCSE certification and IT Service Management certification such as ITIL foundation
- Certification in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Azure, SharePoint Online, and other related Microsoft cloud-based systems and applications
- Minimum of six years’ progressively responsible experience with designing, implementation, and administration of Microsoft server technologies, messaging and collaboration systems software, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Experience with digital learning tools and platforms is desirable
- Work experience with Microsoft Windows based desktop technology, Microsoft Office software suite, Microsoft 365 solutions, and working in an ITIL-driven environment
