The role
The Information Systems Assistant will be responsible for providing basic technical support on relevant software systems applications, assisting in the redevelopment and maintenance of customized application software systems, and supporting the configuration, testing, and quality assurance of mobile applications.

What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information systems analysis and programming, systems administration and maintenance, software development, technical writing or related areas are required
- Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript development and a major Content Management System (CMS) such as Drupal or Wordpress is desirable
- Experience in telecom mobile application and device testing across 5G SA/NSA, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and legacy cellular networks, performing functional, interoperability, performance, and regression testing is desirable
