What you'll do
- Identify, screen, and evaluate infants and children using industry-standard measures.
- Develop and execute treatment goals based on the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Provide intervention in cognition, social behavior, and perceptual motor skills.
- Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain client records compliant with Department of Public Health protocols.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional experience working with infants or early childhood populations.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
- Bilingual fluency is preferred and may qualify for a 6% salary increase.
