The role

Eliot is hiring an Infant and Toddler Development Specialist to join their Early Intervention program serving the Everett, Malden, and Medford areas. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions, conducting developmental screenings, and collaborating with families to support children from birth to three years old. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment goals and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational protocols.

What you'll do

  • Identify, screen, and evaluate infants and children using industry-standard measures.
  • Develop and execute treatment goals based on the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Provide intervention in cognition, social behavior, and perceptual motor skills.
  • Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client records compliant with Department of Public Health protocols.

What it takes

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional experience working with infants or early childhood populations.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
  • Bilingual fluency is preferred and may qualify for a 6% salary increase.
