The role
The Individual Consultant will lead the strategic integration of Maternal Health, midwifery, SRHR, and family planning interventions into Sierra Leone’s Global Fund Cycle 8 funding request.
What you'll do
- Conduct desk review and inception activities
- Facilitate country dialogues and stakeholder consultations
- Draft integrated interventions and modules for the funding request
- Validate and finalize the funding package with MoH and CCM
- Provide a final assignment report
What it takes
- Advanced university degree in Public Health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Global Health Policy or a closely related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive professional experience in managing public health programs
- Experience in drafting successful Global Fund Funding Requests
- Experience working with the UN and Ministry of Health
- Familiarity with the Global Fund's architectural frameworks
- Proven capacity to facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogues
