The role
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is seeking an Individual Consultant to finalize and roll out comprehensive training for Youth Peer Educators (YPEs) and Adult Support Groups (ASGs) in Catbalogan City, Samar, Philippines.
What you'll do
- Develop and finalize the training package for YPEs and ASGs
- Roll out and advocate the local partners to reproduce and use the YPE Mini Booklet
- Conduct comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) for YPEs and ASGs
- Coordinate with local government units and partner agencies to institutionalize the modules and complementary materials
- Document key learning outcomes and participant feedback
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in developing training manuals and toolkits
- Experience working with LGUs
- Strong technical knowledge in SBC, ASRHR, CEFMU, and gender equality
