- Experience working with students with disabilities
- Experience working closely in partnership with ministry counterparts, international development agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other collaborators/stakeholders
- Experience with developing and implementing tools for screening students for visual and auditory disabilities
- Knowledge of early-grade reading assessment and experience adapting assessments for use with students with visual or auditory disabilities
