- Oversee end-to-end data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop indicator tracking tables and project dashboards for target measurement.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to generate actionable insights for internal and external audiences.
- Build capacity of staff members regarding impact measurement and adaptive management.

- Proven experience in developing evidence and measurement frameworks.
- Experience working in a global context with multiple stakeholders.
