The role
World Relief is seeking an Immigration Attorney or DOJ-Accredited Representative to provide legal services to immigrants and refugees, including advising on immigration benefits, representing clients before government agencies, and conducting outreach.
What you'll do
- Provide substantive legal screening to determine clients’ benefit eligibility
- Advise clients on best actions for their specific case
- Represent individuals in filing applications with USCIS
