The role

Assist with documentation, knowledge management, and coordination of post-workshop follow-up activities for a Regional Consultation on Strengthening Integrated Disease Surveillance (IDS) Using DHIS2.

What you'll do

  • Analyze report for the TB/HIV Malaria consultation survey
  • Prepare workshop reports including proceedings, summary reports, and key action points
  • Translate English-to-Arabic and Arabic-to-English of 4 presentations/workshop materials/follow up documents
  • Assist in preparing one communication material/success story on strengthening integrated disease surveillance

What it takes

  • Background in Medical, Health Science, or related field
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic with experience in translation and editing of technical documents.
  • Ability to accurately translate public health, surveillance, epidemiology, health information systems, and programmatic terminology.
  • Experience supporting bilingual meetings, workshops, or international development initiatives is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.
