The role
Assist with documentation, knowledge management, and coordination of post-workshop follow-up activities for a Regional Consultation on Strengthening Integrated Disease Surveillance (IDS) Using DHIS2.
What you'll do
- Analyze report for the TB/HIV Malaria consultation survey
- Prepare workshop reports including proceedings, summary reports, and key action points
- Translate English-to-Arabic and Arabic-to-English of 4 presentations/workshop materials/follow up documents
- Assist in preparing one communication material/success story on strengthening integrated disease surveillance
What it takes
- Background in Medical, Health Science, or related field
- Fluency in both English and Arabic with experience in translation and editing of technical documents.
- Ability to accurately translate public health, surveillance, epidemiology, health information systems, and programmatic terminology.
- Experience supporting bilingual meetings, workshops, or international development initiatives is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.
