The role

Support the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) through ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews to confirm the internal audit function’s conformance with the Global Internal Audit Standards, applicable Topical Requirements, and internal audit methodologies.

What you'll do

  • Support the Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) through ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews.
  • Assist with quality reviews of the planning phase, focusing on engagement-level risk assessments.
  • Support the review of fieldwork documentation and evidence underlying audit observations.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of management action plans.
  • Apply data analytics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to the translation of insights into updated guidance, tools, and training materials.

What it takes

  • Active graduate student in Auditing, Accounting, Risk Management, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English with a working knowledge of one other Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.
  • Key skills: Learn continuously, collaborate and share knowledge, focus on clients, communicate and influence, innovate and try new things.
  • Soft skills: Result-driven, collaborative, innovative, client-oriented, strong communicator, self-motivated, eager to learn, and excellent time management skills.
