- Experience: Applicants with a Master’s degree are not required to have professional work experience. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree are required to have a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proven experience providing IT end-user support in enterprise environments (minimum 2 years for Bachelor-level candidates)
