- Experience supporting Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux systems
- Experience with endpoint management, patching, antivirus/EDR, device encryption, and IT service-management tools
- Understanding of backup, restore, monitoring, virtualization, UPS/power protection, and server-room operations
