The role
The ICT Associate (HR and Payroll Systems) supports the HR and Payroll Analyst and Solutions Designer by assisting with system configuration, testing, documentation, and operational support tasks for the HR and payroll modules within UNOPS's ERP system (Unit4 Business World/Agresso).
What you'll do
- Support system configuration of the payroll solution within the UNOPS ERP (Unit4 Business World)
- Carry out initial testing of configurations as assigned
- Provide support during user acceptance testing as required
- Help investigate reported application problems under the guidance of the HR and Payroll Analyst, Solutions Designers and Senior Developers
- Contribute to maintaining development and configuration documentation for the Payroll Support team
