The role

The IAC New England Director, Fundraising & Donor Relations is responsible for executing fundraising strategies, cultivating donor relationships, and managing campaigns to support the growth of the Israeli-American Council in New England.

What you'll do

  • Design and execute a fundraising plan to meet and exceed regional goals
  • Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual, corporate, and foundation donors
  • Partner with the Regional Director and Council to identify opportunities for engagement
  • Run local and digital fundraising campaigns, leveraging storytelling, community connections, and online tools
  • Identify and pursue grant opportunities from local foundations and philanthropic partners

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor relationships and closing gifts
