The role

The Humanitarian and Field Coordination Specialist will provide strategic leadership for UNFPA's humanitarian response while overseeing the operational effectiveness of three sub-national Field Hubs.   • Lead resource mobilization efforts including high-quality proposal development for emergency funding.

What it takes

  • Master's degree in Public Health, International Development, Social Sciences, or Medical Sciences.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in humanitarian programming with a focus on SRH and GBV.
  • Proven track record in field coordination or managing sub-national offices in conflict-affected environments.
  • Expertise in the Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) Nexus and transitioning programs.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
