What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in political science, social science, international studies, public administration, economics, engineering, earth sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian affairs, emergency preparedness, crisis/emergency relief management, rehabilitation, development, or other related fields
  • Experience in compliance and risk management is required
  • Experience in responding to fraud and/or Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) incidents is desirable
  • Relevant experience in a humanitarian context within the UN Common System or other comparable international organization is desirable
