- Minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in human rights, economic affairs, development, or related area
- Two years or more of experience in integrating human rights into sustainable development
- Three years or more of experience working on poverty and inequalities in the context of development financing
- Fluency in English and French
- UN Language Framework Level III in English
