What you'll do
- Assist in the 2027 Learning Needs verification by developing surveys and collecting data.
- Monitor and follow up on the update and maintenance of the O-Induction programme.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of HR dashboards for statistical information.
- Support reporting requirements for training and performance management.
- Draft internal communications, training announcements, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Perform tasks as assigned by the head of the unit.
What it takes
- Enrolled in or completed a first degree or graduate school programme.
- Academic background in human resources management, adult education, or management studies is desirable.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage.
- Experience with IT skills and providing references during application.
