The role

The Human Resources Associate supports the operational effectiveness of KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools by managing core HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee support. This role is responsible for HRIS administration, payroll and benefits assistance, and maintaining accurate personnel records while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
