The role
The Human Resources and Compliance Manager will support the effective delivery of HR services and implement CIPE’s Risk and Compliance processes in the region, including in the areas of third-party screening, sanctions, ethics, and organizational compliance including with local labor laws.

What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience
- Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
