The role
The Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) is seeking to hire an HR & Payroll Specialist to provide support in basic day-to-day functions including payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

- Manage biweekly payroll runs
- Support recruiting efforts
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Process wage garnishments, payroll tax adjustments, and quarterly/year-end reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for payroll inquiries
