The role
The HR Organizational Development and Training Intern will support the RI Academy by performing administrative and data analysis functions. The role involves managing the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting the Internship Development Program, and assisting in the design and development of e-learning projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in the full cycle of training including assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation.
