The role
PATH is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Global Health Programs division. What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in HR advisory, business partnering, or employee experience.
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
