HR Business Partner

The role

PATH is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the Global Health Programs division. The role involves providing strategic and hands-on HR advisory to managers and teams across Africa, Asia, and the Americas. The HRBP will focus on talent planning, leadership coaching, change management, and data-driven decision making in a complex, donor-funded environment.

What you'll do

• Translate business priorities into people strategies and talent plans.
• Advise on workforce planning for program start-ups, scale-ups, and transitions.
• Provide coaching to managers on communication, performance leadership, and relationship building.
• Support divisional transitions, restructuring, and role changes.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide evidence-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR teams to simplify and clarify HR information for employees.

What it takes

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in HR advisory, business partnering, or employee experience.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
