The role

YMCA DownsLink Group is seeking a Housing Night Worker to provide overnight support for young people aged 16-25 with complex needs in Brighton and Hove. The role involves ensuring safety, managing incidents, and supporting resident wellbeing through a trauma-informed approach. Candidates will work on a rotating shift pattern including evenings and weekends.

What you'll do
