What you'll do
- Develop trusting relationships with families to support their housing search process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and property managers to facilitate lease signings.
- Maintain thorough paper and electronic client files.
- Perform unit inspections and complete required certification reports.
- Conduct outreach to property managers to advocate for the housing program.
What it takes
- Fluency or high professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Valid CA Driver’s license and eligibility to be a Zipcar driver.
- Experience with housing navigation or housing search services.
- Understanding of challenges faced by low-income families and those experiencing homelessness.
- Strong professionalism and advocacy skills.
