The role

The Hospitality Specialist at The Nature Conservancy’s Palmyra Preserve is responsible for maintaining facilities, providing deep cleaning, and preparing high-quality meals for staff and researchers. This is a seasonal, three-month position based on a remote atoll located 1,000 miles south of Hawaii. The role requires balancing culinary responsibilities with daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and efficient living environment for the research team.
