What it takes

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in program development or adult education.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Strong project skills and ability to analyze data for program improvement.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Familiarity with HUD housing counseling requirements.
