KIPP New Jersey is seeking passionate High School Lead Teachers across multiple subject areas to join their network of college-preparatory public schools. The role involves creating and executing lesson plans, utilizing data to track student mastery, and maintaining a supportive, high-achieving classroom environment. Teachers will collaborate with families and colleagues while upholding academic standards to ensure student success.
