High School Lead Teacher

The role

KIPP New Jersey is seeking passionate and motivated High School Lead Teachers across multiple disciplines to join their growing network of college-preparatory public schools. Teachers will be responsible for creating and internalizing lesson plans, utilizing data to drive student mastery, and fostering a supportive environment for students and families. Candidates must be committed to education reform and demonstrate a track record of success in helping students achieve academic excellence.
