The role

The Healthy Futures AmeriCorps member will partner with the Family Support team at the International Rescue Committee to address health, wellness, and self-sufficiency barriers for refugees and immigrants. The role involves coordinating care, advocating for families with special medical needs, and assisting clients in navigating complex healthcare and social service systems. The member will work closely with the Medical Case Manager to ensure newly arrived families can effectively access necessary community services.
