What you'll do
- Lead strategic direction and implementation of AHA's healthier aging portfolio
- Develop scalable strategies for improving care delivery and outcomes for older adults
- Build and maintain relationships with health systems, foundations, federal agencies, industry partners, and national organizations
- Identify new funding opportunities and contribute to proposal development
- Champion evidence-based practices and implementation science
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation activities

- Master's Degree in public health, administration, gerontology, nursing, population health, health policy, business administration, social work, or related field
