Health Navigator

The role

The Health Navigator will provide client-centered case management and health navigation services to newly arrived Afghan refugees and SIV holders. The role focuses on helping clients access insurance, establish primary care, and build self-sufficiency in navigating the healthcare system. This position is a limited-term, grant-funded role that requires travel and close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
