The role
The Head of Unit – Digital Solutions will lead the team behind NRC’s digital products, providing leadership across stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and people development.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
- Significant professional experience (7+ years) in relevant roles such as line management, engineering management, project / product management, or senior technical leadership
- Proven experience delivering software projects on time, within scope and budget across multiple concurrent projects
- Experience managing, coaching and developing technical staff, including remote teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders
