The role
The Head of Programme Finance leads the Finance Partner and Finance Specialist teams, including the technical line management of ICP finance staff, and is responsible for leading direct financial support and oversight to country programmes.

What it takes
- 10+ years’ experience in finance and programme delivery for an NGO and/or large complex organisation
- University degree
- Working level of English and French
- Proven skills in team management, stakeholder management, financial planning and monitoring, complex financial analysis and reporting, and improving financial management systems and processes
- High computer literacy, Microsoft Office (Excel)
