- Proven experience leading high-value fundraising functions in complex organizations.
- Track record of seven-figure gifts from Trusts & Foundations/Major Donors.
- Experience setting strategic direction and leading teams.
- Commercial and financial acumen including budget management and forecasting.
- Expertise in building proposals and pipelines for Major Donors and Trusts & Foundations.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
