Head of Partnerships

The role

The Head of Partnerships, Innovation Team at DREAM will lead the development and scaling of AI-enabled teaching and learning models, manage partnerships with schools, and oversee the operations of a programmatic cohort model.

What you'll do

• Design and lead processes for recruitment, selection, and onboarding of partner schools
• Manage internal and external cross-functional coordination of all partnership operations and logistics
• Create and sustain clear processes for partnership agreements
• Lead the planning, operations, and logistics for cohort-based learning
• Manage the logistics and operations for convenings and learning experiences
• Manage, coach, and support staff members

What it takes

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in education, ed-tech, or nonprofits
• Experience directly managing a team
• Existing relationships with the NYC Department of Education
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, and large-scale initiatives
• Deep knowledge of relational influence, change management, and adult learning theory
