The role
Solidarités International is seeking a Head of Finance & HR Department to coordinate the implementation of HR and financial policies across the mission, ensuring compliance with SI procedures, donor requirements, and applicable law.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the implementation of SI's HR and financial policies across the mission.
- Lead and oversee administrative, HR, accounting, and financial management for Gaza and Ramallah.
- Ensure compliance with SI procedures, donor requirements, and applicable law.
- Safeguard the mission's financial balance, supervise and support coordination and base teams.
- Ensure reliable planning, controls, and timely reporting.
What it takes
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration
- 5 years of experience in the humanitarian sector
- 3-4 years of experience on a similar position
- Strong command of mission financial management: budgeting, accounting, etc.
- Strong command of human resources management
- Knowledge of or ability to learn applicable labor, tax and administrative frameworks
