The role
The Head of Engagement is responsible for leading and developing Impetus’ engagement programme across volunteering and pro bono support, ensuring high-quality outcomes for portfolio partners and engaging supporters.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver the engagement strategy and operational plan
- Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of a high-quality volunteering programme
- Lead the development of the organization’s pro bono programme and oversee the delivery of activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, major donors, volunteers, and pro bono supporters
- Oversee the effective administration and operational delivery of the engagement function
