What you'll do
- Facilitate evidence-based group therapy sessions within a virtual therapeutic milieu.

- Collaborate with the treatment team during daily clinical rounds.
- Create and maintain accurate patient treatment plans and medical records.
- Engage in crisis management and provide individual case management as necessary.
What it takes
- Hold a license or be license-eligible as an LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD.
- Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Passion for facilitating group therapy in a collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or inpatient settings is preferred.
- Ability to commit to a Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm CST schedule.
