What you'll do
- Develop and implement DBT/CBT skill groups for adolescents and adults.
- Provide crisis intervention and individual patient support as needed.
- Develop and document clinical treatment plans and weekly updates.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress.
- Assist the program director with family coaching and discharge planning.
What it takes
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or relevant field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for LGSW, LPC, LICSW, LPCC, MSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-Master’s clinical experience or relevant internship.
- Strong proficiency in CBT and DBT modalities.
- Experience working with patients in crisis or high-acuity environments.
