What you'll do
- Developing and implementing DBT/CBT skill groups for ages 8-14 years old
- Providing crisis intervention and staff support as needed
- Developing and documenting treatment plans and weekly updates
- Co-facilitating creative expression and other experiential therapeutic groups
- Assisting program director in supporting families through phone coaching and follow-up calls
What it takes
- Master’s in Social Work/Clinical Counseling or relevant Master’s/Doctoral programs
- LSW, LPC, LCSW, LCPC, MSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD licensure (preferred)
- 1+ year of post-Master’s clinical experience or a relevant master’s level internship
- Core skill set in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
