The role

What you'll do
- Create visually appealing layouts for 3 versions using UNDP corporate branding and templates.
- Format all sections including cover page, table of contents, headings, tables, infographics, figures, boxes, and references.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across the 3 language versions.
- Improve existing graphics and icons or create new ones where necessary.
- Deliver final PDFs for web and print, along with editable source files.
What it takes
- Strong experience in graphic design, particularly document layout.
- Proficiency with layout software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Experience designing reports, brochures, or publications (samples required).
- Ability to follow UNDP or UN visual identity guidelines (asset).
