The role
The consultancy will contribute to strengthening PAGE Global and Brazil’s knowledge management, communication, and dissemination efforts through the development of high-quality institutional publications and visual communication materials.
What you'll do
- Review of relevant background materials, institutional communication guidelines, reference publications, and visual identity standards provided by UNEP/PAGE.
- Development and/or adaptation of the graphic design concept for institutional publications and communication materials.
- Definition and application of editorial grids, typography, color palettes, visual hierarchy, and graphic standards aligned with PAGE and UNEP institutional identity.
- Carry out the editorial production and layout design of communication materials, including the executive summary, policy brief, and preliminary version of the full publication (approximately 100 pages).
- Support technical verification of formatting, visual consistency, pagination, references, image quality, and overall editorial quality control.
What it takes
- Training or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Editorial Design, Communication, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of proven professional experience in graphic design, editorial production, visual communication, or related areas.
- Experience working with long-form publications and complex technical content.
