What you'll do
- Contextualisation and adaptation of existing literacy and numeracy manual templates
- Layout and typesetting of manual interiors
- Cover design
- Adaptation of TaRL Africa brand and design guidelines
- Preparation of print-ready PDF/X files
- Illustration, iconography and graphic element development
What it takes
- At least three years' professional experience in graphic design
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign or an equivalent professional layout application
- Portfolio containing at least two examples of books, manuals, educational materials or other multi-page publications
- Capacity to meet agreed timelines
- Experience or capacity in multilingual typesetting
- Confirm that fonts, illustrations, images, icons and other third-party assets can be legally licensed
