The role

The Grants & Partnership Coordinator role at Solidarités International involves contributing to the mission’s strategic development, monitoring and identifying funding opportunities, leading proposal development, and managing partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Contribute to the mission’s strategic development.
  • Monitor and identify funding opportunities in line with SI country and global strategy.
  • Lead the planning, development and consolidation of timely and high quality proposals, reports and contract modification requests for submission to donors and consortium partners.
  • Monitor compliance with donor procedures throughout the grant cycle and build capacity of new and existing staff on internal accountability tools and donor procedures.
  • Proactively follow-up on donor contractual obligations.
  • Manage the Grants &Partnerships Manager.

What it takes

  • Master's degree in humanitarian assistance, social sciences, international relations or other relevant subjects
  • 3-4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector
  • 0-2 years of experience on a similar position
  • Experience in proposal development, reporting and contractual management
  • Experience in partnership management
  • Excellent writing skills in English
