What you'll do
- Prepare and analyze grants financial reports and analysis for partnership stakeholders
- Design, build and maintain automated reporting and analysis solutions
- Maintain complete, accurate and synchronized grants data across World Vision systems
- Work with Field Offices to validate the accuracy of Labor Distribution Reports (LDR)
- Share knowledge and provide practical guidance on grants data, reporting tools and compliance requirements
What it takes
- Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience
- Experience in an international NGO or multilateral organization
- Advanced MS Excel skills and working knowledge of AI-assisted tools
- University degree in accountancy, finance, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with sound judgement on data quality
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
